Lake Placid – As a AAA Four Diamond property the past 39 consecutive years, it stands to reason that the Mirror Lake Inn Resort and Spa is considered at the top of the list of Adirondack Mountain hotels, particularly among luxe establishments.

Chef Hemm, who also doubles as the food and beverage director, works with some 10 regional farms – providing produce, local cheeses, poultry, beef and more – to satisfy the palates of The View’s discerning guests.
