LAKE PLACID – The Spa at the Mirror Lake Inn has been an oasis of comfort and pampering for decades. Complete with salon and fitness center, this Lake Placid spa in Upstate New York also includes a heated, 60-foot indoor lap pool, sauna, jacuzzi, massage and treatment sanctuaries for men and women, and a small gift shop.
Guests will find our spa conveniently located one level below the front desk, accessible by staircase and elevator. The reception is staffed beginning at 8 AM daily.
The spa’s menu features SkinCeuticals, Phytomer marine-based products, and a vast array of treatments, including a Dry Float European Soft Pack and Salt Room.
Hotel guests have complimentary use of the spa, so bring the entire family for a dip in our pool. If the weather is not to your liking, the spa can be relied on to save the day until you can get outside.
If you’ve had an action-packed day and need somewhere to unwind, then a visit to the jacuzzi will be just what you need. Sore muscles and aching bones have been known to recover much quicker after spending some time submerged.
Our fitness center is much like the 128 units that we offer visitors – that is to say, it faces Mirror Lake and the Adirondack High Peaks. Like the athletes who come to our region, you will get energy and motivation from the views around you. Weights, treadmills, room to stretch…it all awaits in the fitness center. Once again, as is the case with the pool, sauna and jacuzzi, there is no charge for using the fitness room.
