After several hours from your Northern “office”, it’s time for the daily Zoom call with your colleagues. Please make sure to position your computer appropriately so everyone will see the background and be jealous of your temporary setting.
The call is over – now it’s back to your project with no distractions, save the stand-up paddleboarders who are cruising by The Cottage Cafe on the shoreline. By the way, you’ve done this activity before on vacation and found it invigorating. No worries – at day’s end, when the project has been completed and submitted, there are vendors in the village who will hook you up. No long commute back home, just a call to a Main Street business, round up the family, and in a few minutes, you will all be seen paddling past The Cottage Cafe.
